Key Responsibilities

  • Offer technical support of Level 1 to users at the end of the line via phone support.
  • Troubleshoot software, hardware, and applications-related issues.
  • As the first contact point to handle IT Help Desk requests.
  • Track, record and address technical issues in accordance with the established processes.
  • escalate unresolved problems to higher-level support teams if necessary.
  • Maintain a professional manner of communication while supporting users.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidates from Delhi/NCR might be favoured because of their location.
  • Good English communication skills are essential.
  • Educational qualification:
    • B.Tech
    • B.Sc (IT)
    • BCA
    • MCA
    • M.Tech
  • Experience with Technical Support, Service Desk, Application Support or Desktop Support may be helpful.
