Key Responsibilities
- Offer technical support of Level 1 to users at the end of the line via phone support.
- Troubleshoot software, hardware, and applications-related issues.
- As the first contact point to handle IT Help Desk requests.
- Track, record and address technical issues in accordance with the established processes.
- escalate unresolved problems to higher-level support teams if necessary.
- Maintain a professional manner of communication while supporting users.
Eligibility Criteria

- Candidates from Delhi/NCR might be favoured because of their location.
- Good English communication skills are essential.

- B.Tech
- B.Sc (IT)
- BCA
- MCA
- M.Tech
- Experience with Technical Support, Service Desk, Application Support or Desktop Support may be helpful.
