- Education: Full-time MBA in HR/Masters in Human Resource Management / MA in HR/MSW in HRM/MMS in HRM/Masters of Labour Studies (HRM specialisation) or A PG Diploma in HRM, or equivalent in 2024 and 2025 batches.
- Academic Record: At least 60% of the aggregate, or equivalent CGPA in the 10th, 12th, Graduation and Post-Graduation. No arrears, backlogs, or ATKT. There is no extended education.
- The Gap In Education: A maximum of 24 months break allowed with valid documentation. Gaps should not be caused by extended schooling.
- Open schooling: Secondary and Senior Secondary NIOS is only accepted in the event that graduation and post-graduation are full-time.
- Age Limits: 18 to 28 years.
Only full-time classes are eligible. Part-time and correspondence degrees are not eligible.
TCS HR Off-Campus Test Pattern
- Time: 90 minutes
- Format: HR Subject Test carried out in the centre of the TCS office
- Test Schedule and Venue: Communicated directly via an email ID registered with the company.
