Key Benefits and Training Program
Candidates who are selected receive structured training over a period of up to 15 years. The first three months are comprised of instruction in the classroom and an annual stipend of INR 25,500 for an internship. If they are successful, applicants go on to complete twelve months of training on the job as an Associate Engineer.
A service contract of INR 2 Lakhs covers a period of two years and 9 months beginning on the date of joining.

Eligibility Criteria for L&T Technology Services Off-Campus Drive 2026
- Minimum marks of 60% (or 6.75 CGPA in 10th, 12th and graduation (latest possible marks)
- There were no active backlogs at the date of application
- Exams for the final year must be passed on the first attempt
- Minimum age of 18 on the date of the application for
- Only full-time instruction from reputable institutions
