This role is essential for maintaining the integrity of our clients’ IT infrastructure and ensuring seamless business operations. You will serve as the first point of contact for clients, embodying Wipro’s values and commitment to excellence.

- Provide prompt and professional responses to all service tickets raised by client end-users.
- Analyze and address service requests concerning hardware, software, or network components while upholding service quality standards.
- Monitor and oversee the client’s IT infrastructure—servers, systems, networks, storage, and platforms—to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct root cause analysis of recurring incidents to develop long-term, effective solutions.
- Respond urgently to high-priority tickets, minimizing business impact and optimizing customer satisfaction.
- Install and configure software and hardware components per approved service requests.
- Strictly adhere to SLA timelines and resolution protocols to meet and exceed client expectations.
- Maintain logs and perform timely backups to protect critical client data and configurations.
- Collaborate with on-site support teams for the resolution and escalation of complex issues.
- Review ChatBot-generated logs and ensure appropriate actions are taken on all service requests.
