Eligibility Criteria for Wipro Elite Hiring 2025
In order to maintain fairness and transparency of the selection process, the Company has defined the following eligibility criteria. Here’s a look at the criteria:
Educational Qualifications
- 10th Class: 60% (Minimum) or above.
- 12th Class: 60% (Minimum) or above.
- Graduation: 60% minimum or CGPA equivalent to 6.0 or as per university guidelines.
- Eligibility: B.E./B.Tech. (Mandatory Degree) or 5-year integrated M.E./M.Tech programme.
- Branch: Computer Science, Information Technology, and circuit branches only.
- Year of Passing: 2025.
Additional Criteria
- Backlogs: Clear all backlog subjects by the 8th semester.
- Education Gaps: Maximum 3 years gap between 10th standard to Graduation commencement era. There can be no lapses or breaks in time while on graduation, which is given in 4 years.
- Course Type: The course in which candidates have completed full-time should have been approved/recognised by the Central / State Government of India.
- Cool-Off Period: Candidate`s cool-off period would be last seen date of the previous test he has appeared for.
- Nationality: The applicants should be citizens of India or possess a PIO/OCI card. Bhutanese and Nepali have to produce a certificate of citizenship.
- Age: Applicants must be 18 years old.
Open school or distance education is acceptable for 10th and 12th standards, but not for graduation.

Compensation and Service Agreement
The shortlisted candidates will be employed as Project Engineers by Wipro with the CTC of INR 3.50 LPA. You also have to sign a 12-month service agreement with INR 75,000 (on a pro rata basis) as a bond.
