    • Documenting customer interactions, solutions rendered, and issues diagnosed using appropriate CRM tools.
    • Identifying root causes of problems and managing resolutions in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Collaborating with Internal Teams:
    • Escalating software defects and collaborating with internal departments to resolve issues.
    • Maintaining timelines for issue resolution and ensuring proactive communication with customers.
  • Driving Customer Success:
    • Building and nurturing strong relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty.
    • Focusing on customer satisfaction while exploring opportunities to expand relationships and promote product adoption.
