This program is designed for recent graduates and students looking to develop proficiency with Java creation, Spring Boot, React.js and scalable backend solutions. This position provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience with the latest technologies that are used in the development of enterprise software and cloud-based SaaS platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain back-end services with Java and the Spring Boot framework.
• Contribute to frontend development with React.js and the latest UX technologies.
• Write clear and well-structured code that conforms to industry standards.
• Work with teams of cross-functional experts to create flexible solutions
• Take part in Git’s version control as well as code reviews
• Test, debug and optimise the performance of applications
• Develop applications that are based on data and huge databases
• Be sure to follow internal compliance guidelines and Best practices in software engineering

Required Skills

• A working knowledge of Java programming, and Spring Framework (Spring Boot preferred)
• Understanding of Algorithms, Data Structures, and OOP concepts
• A working knowledge of React.js, along with frontend and development concepts
• Experience using Git and other version control systems
• Proficient analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Skills (High-Value Tech Skills)

• Exposure to AI/ML, Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Expertise in REST APIs as well as microservices architecture
• Experience in handling large-scale databases or processing systems for data

Eligibility Criteria

• Students in the final year or recently graduated with a B.E., B.Tech, M.Tech, as well as MCA (Computer Sciences/IT)
• The opportunity to participate in a full-time, 6-month internship program
