Job Description
The role of the Campus Associate focuses on providing top-quality customer support through a variety of communication channels, including calls, email, chat, and social media. The job requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities and the ability to keep customer satisfaction standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries via chat, email, and other social media platforms.
- Give timely and accurate solutions to customer issues
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and production levels
- Reach contact centre metrics and Service agreement (SLAs)
- Use data security policies to protect your data and guidelines for confidentiality
- Allotted training programs, as well as training courses for developing skills
- Participate in feedback sessions and then implement changes
- Make sure that the schedule is adhered to completely and reduce absences
Eligibility Criteria
- Any full-time postgraduate or graduate qualification
(Arts, Science, Commerce, Engineering, Pharma, MBA, MCA) - The 2026 batch of candidates is eligible
- New students are eligible to apply.
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written English communication
- Excellent typing speed and analytical thinking
- Ability to work in shifts that rotate, including night shifts
- Ability to work within a high-speed customer service work environment
- You must live within 25 km of the office
Work Details
- Time of Shift: 8 hours + 1 hour break
- Day of Work: 5 or 6 days per week
- Cab Service: Available within a 25 km radius
