Wipro New Hiring Drive: Blackstone COE Wipro offers a unique career opportunity for recent postgraduates who are interested in financial services to be part of our team as a Management Trainee. This position is focused on providing support to Investor Relations and Reporting activities for Real Estate, BXCI, and BXMA Funds, working closely with the Institutional Client Solutions group based in New York. This job is perfect for those who want to pursue an income in the field of financial reporting, communications with clients and investment operations.
Role Details
- Location: Bangalore (Hybrid Mode)
- Working Hours: 12:00 PM to 9:30 PM IST
Key Responsibilities
- Gain a thorough understanding of investment strategies across all business divisions.
- Get familiar with the key Limited Partner documentation, including factsheets, tracks and performance summaries, as well as marketing materials and board documents.
- Review and revise quarterly delivery plans in accordance with deadlines, such as:
- Current and new due Diligence Questions (DDQs)
- RFPs and RFIs
- Limited Requests from Partners and Presentation Reports
- Maintain and update the repository to accommodate questionnaires.
- Contribute to the documentation and development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Identify processes that are inefficient and take charge of improvement initiatives.
- Handle any ad-hoc requests relating to investor reporting and operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Postgraduate degree in Finance with between 0 and 2 years relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure effective coordination in global teamwork.
- Strong team player who can work under pressure in dynamic environments that involve many stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high concentration on detail.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel and advanced Excel abilities are crucial.
- Dynamic, self-driven and able to work with little supervision.
- Prior experience with private equity or investor reports, or client reporting, can be thought to be advantageous.
