Job Overview
The Trainee is responsible for setting up and testing this proprietary Total Benefit Administration System to meet the client’s specifications. The job focuses on creating tables and setting parameters with specialised instruments and systems based on an in-depth analysis. Candidates are exposed to the software environment of an enterprise as they work in a planned shift.
Position Details:
- Designation: Trainee
- Location: Noida
- Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / MCA (2025 Passed Out Only)
- Service Agreement: 12 Months
- Time Schedule for Shifts: 5:45 PM to 3:00 am (9.5-hour shift)
- Interview Mode: Face-to-Face at Wipro Office, Noida
Key Technical Skills Required
- A knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), SAS, and Mainframe principles and concepts
- Ability to write simple and complicated SQL queries, including intermediate-level SQL
- Experience with concepts of relational databases like keys, table relationships, SQL, and DB2 queries
- Expertise in system testing, Software Quality Assurance, best practices and methods
- Experience with automation testing principles can be a significant advantage.
- Ability to analyse complex issues by breaking them down into smaller pieces and understanding the interconnectedness of these components
