• Manage Workspace-related issues such as password resets, 2-step verification resets, and Shared Drive permission issues.
• Implement standardised runbooks as well as step-by-step resolution guides for any known issues to ensure speedy resolution without the need for escalation.
• Conduct health checks with Cloud Operations Suite to receive alerts on CPU utilisation, storage space, CPU utilization, or service efficiency.
• Review logs with Cloud Logging and make use of the power of generative AI tools such as Gemini to understand errors and code snippets effectively.
• Keep detailed documentation for tickets and ensure that the documentation is updated on time to ensure a smooth user experience.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Experiential Experience: 0 – 2 years of experience in support for IT, Help Desk, or Cloud Operations positions.
• education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a comparable professional qualification.
• Cloud Experience: Solid understanding of Compute Engine, Identity and Access Management (IAM) and VPC Networking basics.
• Certifications: Google Cloud Digital Leader certification (mandatory). Associate Cloud Engineer certification preferred.
• Tech Skills: proficiency in utilising dashboards for monitoring and AI assistants to analyse logs and issues resolution.
• Soft Skills: Fantastic English communication skills and an excellent focus on customer care.
