Key Responsibilities

• Support international customers via telephone call (voice-based).
• Answer and resolve customer questions or requests effectively.
• Keep accurate records of interactions to ensure follow-up and review.
• Be proactive in achieving top customer satisfaction by providing prompt assistance.
• Learn and communicate technical procedures to customers in a clear manner.
• Examine customer feedback to help improve the quality of service.
• Discuss complex issues with senior leadership to resolve when necessary.

Requirements

Qualification

• Education requirements: Any graduate (Freshers are welcome).
• 12th Pass with at least 6 months of experience in BPO (Customer Service) accepted.
• A high level of written and verbal English communication abilities is essential.

Experience

• from 0 to 1year in the BPO or customer support BPO environment.

Shift & Work Conditions

• Working Days: 5 days per week (2 weekly rotations with week-offs).
• Shift type: US rotated graveyard shifts (night time schedule).
• Hours of work: 9.5 hours per shift (includes 1 hour break).
• Transportation Cab facility with two-way access (within designated transportation zones).
• Work Model: Work From Office
• Age Limits: Up to 40 years old.
