Key Responsibilities

  • Handle non-voice as well as voice interactions with customers like chats, emails, and phone calls, to address issues swiftly.
  • Offer quick and accurate solutions to customer problems while maintaining a professional and pleasant attitude.
  • Be sure that the processes of your company are followed and adhere to high standards are met in every contact between customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service and reach objectives of performance objectives.
  • Sometimes, we go to the office at Reliance Corporate Park, Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai, as in line with business requirements.
  • Keep complete records of all interactions with clients and follow up as needed.

Eligibility Criteria

To get this job, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Academic qualification: Most likely graduation (candidates from any discipline can submit).
  • Communication Skills: A solid understanding of English, written and spoken and verbal and written skills to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Location Preference: Local Preference: Candidates who live in Mumbai or the area are preferred.
  • Flexibility: The ability to travel to the office occasionally for training sessions, meetings or other requirements of business.
  • Technical Skill: Basic computer skills and knowledge of customer tools for support (training provided).
  • Accessibility: Capability to operate efficiently in the 10-hour shifts from 9 AM to 9 pm, depending on the business needs.

Salary Structure

The compensation plan was designed to acknowledge the talent and dedication of employees:

  • Freshers: In-hand Rs. 20,000 each monthly (CTC 23,000).
  • Experiential Candidates: In-hand Rs. 24,000 per month (CTC 26,000).
