Tata Elxsi Hiring : Tata Elxsi is back with Season 2 of TELIPORT, an exciting IDEA Challenge aimed at uncovering and nurturing the sharpest minds in technology, design, and innovation. This competition offers a unique platform to showcase your talents, creativity, and problem-solving abilities to a global audience. Tata Elxsi Hiring Conducted Rounds:
Round 1 – Idea Submission Round
Teams will get access to the case study on 25th Oct and would need to ideate, dive deep into the problem statement, and build a 1-slider submission. Top teams will be shortlisted for the Detailed Submission Round.

Round 2 – Detailed Submission Round
Top 50 shortlisted teams will be required to expand on their ideas and develop a comprehensive solution with an implementation roadmap. You are required to submit a 10-slider PPT along with supporting multimedia/prototype, if any. Shortlisted 50 teams in this round would have the opportunity of PPOs/PPIs.

Round 3 – Grand Finale
The top 5 teams will have chance to present their final submissions to a panel of senior leaders of Tata Elxsi in an on-ground Grand Finale event. These teams will compete for the title of National Winner of TELIPORT Season 2 – Script your future!

Tata Elxsi Hiring Competition Structure:
Round 1: Idea Submission Round
- Teams must follow the 1-slide PDF submission format and select one of the provided problem statements.
- You must develop a solution based on the selected problem statement only & submit accordingly.
- Assessors and jury members will evaluate the submissions, and top entries from this round will be shortlisted for the detailed submission round.
- Upon submission, your idea shall become the exclusive property of Tata Elxsi.
Round 2: Detailed Submission
- Shortlisted teams from Round 1 will be required to submit a 10-slide PowerPoint presentation detailing their solution.
- Top 5 teams with the best solutions will finally be selected as the National Finalist Teams, who will move to the Grand Finale.
Round 3: Grand Finale
- The top 5 teams will be invited to an on-ground Grand Finale, where they will present their final submissions to a panel of Senior Leaders.
- Teams will compete to be crowned the National Winner of TELIPORT Season 2- Script your future!
Tata Elxsi Hiring Submission Guidelines:
- Any other supporting excel-sheets, details etc. will need to be attached in the annexures.
- Submissions can be uploaded only in .ppt/.pptx/.pdf format. Please ensure that file size is less than 5 MB.
- Only Team Leader would be able to make the submissions. Please submit your files in this naming convention only: Leader’s First Name_Team Name_Institute Name.
- Team leader can change their submissions by clicking on Submission and then Change Submission, any time before the submission deadline.
- Please make your submissions well before the deadline to avoid any last-minute hassles.
Tata Elxsi Hiring Terms and Conditions:
Participants are required to go through the following Terms & Conditions before registering for the event:
- All decisions in matters of eligibility, authenticity & final judgments will be with Tata Elxsi.
- The format, structure & timelines of events are subject to change before the actual beginning of the event or during the event.
- If a team fails to submit an entry before the timeline, Tata Elxsi holds the right to disqualify the team from the competition.
