Reliance Mass Off Campus Hiring – RIL – Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) Program – 2026

Reliance Mass Off Campus Hiring: Reliance Industries Limited (RIL), the largest private sector firm and a world leader in various industries, is seeking applications for its highly coveted graduate engineer trainee (GET) Programme for the 2026 cohort. The program aims to help identify and develop promising new engineering talent across India and provide them with well-structured training as well as exposure to the most important technical positions.

Eligibility Criteria

• Students in the final year of Engineering studying full-time B.Tech/B.E. degrees from colleges accredited by the AICTE in India.
• The streams that are eligible include Chemical Mechanical, Electrical Civil, Fire, Metallurgical and Instrumentation.
• Minimum marks of 60% or minimum marks of 60% or CGPA in the 10th, 12th, Diploma (if appropriate) and an aggregate of 60 percentage of 6 CGPA in engineering up to the most recent semester.
• There are no active backlogs or cases of academic detention.
• The gap in educational attainment in all educational milestones must not exceed 3 years.
• Candidates must be citizens of India.
• Candidates must be sure that they meet the eligibility requirements before submitting their application.

Recruitment Process and Important Dates

• Registration: 01 October 2025, 01:00 PM IST to 15 October 2025, 11:59 PM IST
  Log in online via Reliance’s official portal.
• Screening: 15 October 2025, 09:00 AM IST to 24 October 2025, 11:59 PM IST
  Candidates’ information will be reviewed through the RIL team to determine if they are eligible. Candidates who are shortlisted are invited to attend evaluations.
• Assessment: 29 October 2025, 12:00 PM IST to 29 October 2025, 09:30 PM IST
  An online assessment that includes the Cognitive Test as well as the Subject Matter Test. Candidates who are eligible for this test will be able to click on a “play” button to begin the test.
• Regional Interviews (tentative): Mid-December 2025
  Candidates who pass the online test are invited to personal interviews in the centres of their choice.

Program Overview

The GET program is a solid launchpad for engineers of high-potential engineers by providing engineers with specific technical skills for their discipline and exposure to cross-disciplinary disciplines via structured learning and on-the-job training for a year.

Candidates must:

• Participate in orientation and onboarding to become familiar with Reliance’s philosophy and culture.
• Participate in technical education programs as well as live project projects.
• Get hands-on experience across a wide range of business sectors within the Reliance industries.
• Career development and growth opportunities for engineers who are just starting.

Compensation

• The annual package is INR 7.5 LPA for non-IIT graduates.
• An annual package worth 9.9 INR LPA to help IIT graduates.
