Job Responsibilities

Working as a Trainee Software Engineer you will be a full member of our engineering team working on the development of our award-winning recruitment technology platform. You will have a chance to participate in the creation of new features, optimization or the improvement of the current modules of real-life projects and get the practical experience of work in the sphere of software development. This position is targeted at newbies who are willing to begin their careers in the rapidly developing environment of innovation.

This is What YWillill Do:

• Join hands with seasoned software developers to develop and execute effective scaling solutions.
• Design new functionality and modules, which are reliable and perform.
• Supplement and modify the current codebase in order to make a more functional and user-friendly product.
• Create AI-powered products and help develop new and innovative SaaS recruitment technology.
• Use knowledge in Java, Python and artificial intelligence/machine learning to address technical problems.

Information about Traineeship Program

Our 9-month training model will offer you an opportunity to achieve proficiency in the tech sector, providing you with the required skills and experience. This is how it goes:

Internship Program

• Duration: 3 months
• Commitment: 21 hrs/week
• Stipend: INR 7,500/month

Traineeship Program

• Length of time: 6 months
• Devotion: Full-time (8.5 hours/per day)
• Stipend: INR 20,000/month

Full-Time Opportunity

Just after the satisfactory completion of the 9-month program and by your performance, you can be offered a permanent position as an Associate Software Engineer having a CTC of INR 9,00,000 per annum.

Selection Process

• Online MCQ Test: Checks your technological expertise, and problem-solving skills.
• Coding Assessment: This is an assessment of your ability to write code and think critically.
• Virtual Interviews: Test how you work technically, communicate and fit into the culture.

Selection Process Requirements

• Good internet connection and constant alternative power supply.
• A working laptop that has an inbuilt webcam (this is a must in case of web-proctored exams).
• When taking any test, make sure your camera is running.
• Only those candidates who manage to pass all phases will be notified by email about the next step.
