Position Highlights
- Role: Customer Success Associate
- Location: Full Remote (Work from any location in India)
- Experience: Fresher (2026 graduates only)
- CTC: INR 8,00,000. annually (INR 6,00,000 as base plus INR 2,00,000 for performance pay) following the successful completion of the traineeship

Traineeship Program Details
The selected candidates are enrolled in a six-month paid traineeship.
- Stipend: INR 20,000 per month
- Duration: 6 months, 8.5 hours per day
- Shift: Europe Shift (12:00 pm – 10:00 pm IST, from Monday to Friday) during the course of training.
Candidates who demonstrate a high level of communication, application abilities, a positive attitude to learning aptitude, problem-solving capability, reliability, and consistency receive an offer to work full-time as a Customer Success Associate.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn to master the Recruit CRM platform and the recruitment industry workflows.
- Respond to client inquiries via Chat, Email, or video calls
- Help users understand the use of features and offer effective solutions
- Establish long-term relationships with recruiters around the world
- Offer outstanding customer support and customer service excellence
- Work with Product, Customer Success Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
Shift Options After Training
Full-time employees can shift into one of these shifts according to business requirements:
- Asia Pacific: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM IST
- Half North America: 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST
- Full North America: 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM IST
- Middle East: Flexible 4 or 5-day options
