Customer Success – Associate Trainee: Role Overview

You’ll be part of on the Customer Success Team as a Trainee. You will collaborate alongside Product, Engineering, and Customer Service to provide top-of-the-line customer support and translate feedback into new product solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Discover the Recruit CRM software and learn about the modern workflows for recruitment.
• Answer client questions via email, chat, or video calls.
• Help customers by helping them with the onboarding process, troubleshooting, and regular check-ups.
• Be your voice for the customer internally. Identify trends and offer useful insights.
• Keep up the high quality of communications and offer service quality at every interaction.
• Develop relationships with clients that are based on empathy and make sure that users have high satisfaction.

Traineeship Details

• Salary: INR 20,000 per month, during the 6 months of training. 8.5 hours per day.
• Full-Time Conversion: After a successful training and completion of the training, you are qualified for Customer Success – Associate FTE of INR 8,00,000 CTC (INR 6,00,000 base plus INR 2,00,000 for performance pay).
• shifts: Switch between five shifts in the world (Europe, Asia Pacific, Half/Full Northern America, Middle East), depending on your business requirements.
• In-Training: 2 months in the Europe shift, and then a shift for each team required.
• Remote-first: You can work from any location with all technological support and technology available.

• Step 2: Short Assignment
