Software Engineers are required to design, create, and enhance full-stack solutions to improve the delivery of healthcare using technological advancements. It is accountable for the development of AI-driven systems, analysing vast data sets and establishing efficient APIs and pipelines of data. The job demands proficiency in the most current database technologies, programming languages, and an ethical dedication in the direction of AI methodologies. Candidates will make inventive proof of concepts (POCs) as well as Minimal Viable Products (MVPs) in addition to adapting to the changing needs of the project within a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Full-Stack solutions: Develop or incorporate Conversational AI with Contact Centre Analytics solutions with platforms like Google Conversational Insights or equivalent technologies to improve customer interactions.
• Data Analysis: Process and analyse huge volumes of data generated from conversations to get pertinent insights that will enhance customer satisfaction and the efficiency of business operations.
• Enhance AI Systems: Develop and enhance prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) to improve the effectiveness of AI-driven apps.
• Develop APIs, pipelines: Manage and create RESTful APIs, backend pipelines for data and services by using Python, Java, and JavaScript to ensure smooth system integration.
• Control Databases: Make use of SQL as well as NoSQL databases to manage non-structured and structured data effectively.
• Use responsible AI: Utilise ethical, transparent, legal and reputable AI methods to guarantee high-quality solutions.
• Collaboration and innovation: Join POCs and MVPs to discover innovative ideas and methods, and encourage innovations within the team.
• Stay up-to-date: The latest trends and technologies to support the company’s strategy to be innovative.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degrees that include an emphasis on Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Expertise in the development of full-stack software and proficiency using Python, Java, and JavaScript.
• Know-how on SQL as well as NoSQL databases to handle complex information sets.
• The experience of conversational AI technologies, such as Google Conversational Insights and Contact Centre Analytics.
• Experiential experience in the creation and optimisation of the prompts that are used for Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience in the development of pipelines and APIs that use RESTful to keep information.
• Experience with responsible AI concepts and the application in the development of technology solutions.
• Ability to work in a work environment that is quick-paced and agile.
• Highly analytical abilities to process huge amounts of data and provide important insights.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to adapt to meet the requirements of a project.
