Key Responsibilities
- Monitor system health: assist in tracking the performance and the reliability of production systems with internally developed tools as well as dashboards, to guarantee smooth operation.

- Knowledge of software development and the lifecycle of deployment.
- Basic knowledge about Monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios, Datadog) and the logging Frameworks (e.g., ELK Stack and Splunk).
- Basic understanding of concepts in databases and SQL.
- Experience with the concepts of programming Data structures, data structures, and algorithms.
- Skills:
- A minimum of proficiency in a programming language (e.g., Python, Go, Bash, or Shell).
- Understanding of cloud computing concepts (AWS as well as GCP recommended).
- Basic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience the comfort of Git and its workflows for controlling versions.
- Communication skills that can explain the technical aspects clearly.
