Eligibility Criteria
- Eligible Streams: Computer Science (CSE), Electronics & Communication (ECE), Electrical & Electronics (EEE), Information Technology (IT), Instrumentation
- Minimum 70% throughout academics (10th, 12th, and graduation/post-graduation)
- A keen interest is evident in software testing, high-quality procedures and new technologies such as AI.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct manual testing of diverse features of the software to provide quality, error-free software releases.
- Create elaborate test scenarios, as well as test data
- Test system-level functionality and provide end-to-end testing for the TV, Information Display and Monitor platforms.
- Conduct certification tests for major platforms, including Netflix, YouTube, Amazon, Tata Play, Airtel and various other broadcasters.
- Create precise test reports, execution reports, and high-quality dashboards for the stakeholders.
- Track, log, and track defects throughout the lifecycle of a defect
- Cooperate closely with cross-functional and development teams to address issues quickly
- Use established testing procedures and quality standards to ensure certification readiness
- Discover and implement new tools and methods for testing to improve effectiveness
Mandatory Skills Required
- A solid knowledge of software engineering basics and concepts of testing
- Great analytical and logical thinking capabilities
- Basic programming skills are required in Python, Java, or any other scripting language
- A familiarity working with Operating Systems (Windows/Linux), along with basic SQL database concepts
- Attention to detail is a must, and a focus on quality
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to design and create presentations (PPT/Canva)
- Team collaboration mentality with flexibility and speedy learning
- The knowledge of Agile/Scrum, the fundamental Selenium or AI concepts is an additional benefit
Selection Process
- MCQ Assessment (conducted at LG Soft India premises, Bangalore)
- A Face-to-Face Interview for Technical Issues (at LG premises)
- Face-to-Face Managerial Interview (at LG premises)

Candidates who took part in any LG Soft India assessment or interview within the last six months aren’t eligible for the position. There is no relocation assistance provided.
