Key Responsibilities
- Execute and complete projects for international stakeholders, with a strong emphasis on speed and quality.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with offshore teams by having regular calls and meetings.
- Updates on the working pipelines and stakeholder conversations
- Conduct extensive desktop research with the help of corporate registries as well as stock exchanges, regulatory websites and databases for litigation and news sources. professional networks
- Analyse, evaluate and document results using professional, clear English writing
- Condense and translate information from a variety of languages into concise, precise English reports with trustworthy tools for translating
- Determine the risk, develop the mitigation options, or escalate any unresolved problems quickly.
- Collaboration with program directors and other peers to ensure the consistency and quality of assistance
- Review all deliverables yourself to ensure that you adhere to SOPs and checklists without errors.
- Control the shifting priorities and meet strict deadlines and service level agreements.
Educational Qualifications
- Graduate degree from an institute that is Tier 1 or 2 institution
- Diploma or post-graduation preferred
- A finance or business background can be beneficial.
Required Skills and Experience
- Fresher or less than 1-2 years’ relevant experience in an international company or professional service firm
- Highly effective delivery management skills, with great attention to particulars
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both for face-to-face and remote interaction
- Experienced in working efficiently in a team environment
- High flexibility in dynamic environments that have changing priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Personal drive and a positive work ethic to achieve results under pressure while maintaining moral standards
- Understanding of risk-based frameworks like AML Anti-Bribery Corruption (ABC) or Personal Independence
- Experience in writing reports
- Basic accounting skills
