Eligibility Criteria
- You must hold one of the following levels: B.Sc, B.Com, B. A or BCA. BBA.
- BE, B.Tech, MCA, and MBA graduates aren’t in the running.
- Excellent English communication skills required
- An understanding of basic Windows OS, MS Office and network concepts is required.
- Students with a positive attitude and a desire to be a student are encouraged to take part in
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support at Level 1 for hardware and software-related problems.
- Manage password resets, account unlocks, VPN connectivity, Microsoft Teams/Outlook and password reset issues.
- Help users by providing self-help tools as well as basic troubleshooting procedures.
- Track, log and deal with service and incident requests efficiently
- Provide remote diagnostics and assistance for issues that escalate.
- Work with field teams to coordinate hardware-related needs
- Note each ticket and escalate complicated issues to Level 2. Support
- Guarantee customer satisfaction by providing rapid and precise resolution
