Job Responsibilities

• Support and provide services for global clients via the operation of a service desk.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Document problems and follow the troubleshooting procedures, and escalate tickets if needed.
• Working in shifts, ensuring the high quality of services and SLA compliance.
• Work with global teams on solution-oriented service management and problem-solving.

Candidate Profile

• New graduates in any field.
• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts.
• Quick-witted, self-motivated and with an emphasis on teamwork.
• Basic computer skills and problem-solving skills.
