Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage full-stack solutions for software that offer seamless operation across all layers of the stack.
• Help architects determine and implement the appropriate architectural guidelines for their projects.
• Code and create, test and implement robust applications built on the principles of object-oriented programming.
• Create responsive, user-friendly interfaces with UI/UX frameworks, such as Angular, Vue, PrimeNG, AG Grid, and SyncFusion.
• Create and incorporate RESTful web-based solutions using Spring Boot on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Utilize ORM frameworks to make database interactions simpler and ensure efficient management of information.
• Participate in agile development methodologies, including standing-ups, preparing for retrospectives and sprints.
• Solve complex technical problems by using analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effectively communicate with colleagues and important stakeholders using concise, clear or written communications.
• Keep abreast of the most recent technologies and trends in the industry to assist in the creation of innovative solutions.

Required Technical Skills

• Solid object-oriented Programming: An in-depth understanding of Java/J2EE to build an easily maintained, scalable system for backends.
• UX/UI development: Experience using front-end frameworks like Angular, Vue, PrimeNG, AG Grid, and SyncFusion to create user interfaces that are fluid and responsive.
• Spring Boot as well as REST Web Services: Experience hands-on in the development of RESTful APIs with Spring Boot, which is hosted by Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• ORM Frameworks: Expertise using tools for Object-Relational Mapping (e.g. Hibernate) to ensure the success of database-related operations.
• Agile Methodologies: Get familiar with agile software development practices that ensure the collaboration of all project teams and ensure continuous delivery of the projects.
• Solution-oriented and communication: The ability to analyse and think critically is matched with exceptional oral and writing ability to clearly communicate the technical aspects.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related area (or equivalent skills).
• Experience as a complete-stack software designer with a focus on the field of enterprise software.
• The ability to operate on your own as well as within a group-based work environment.
• Expertise in thinking through complex problems and coming up with effective solutions.
• Superior interpersonal abilities that enable you to work with groups of all sorts and with other stakeholders.
