The job focuses on the end-to-end control of Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures in Client Lifecycle Management.

Key Responsibilities
- Control the entire client onboarding procedure, which includes thorough KYC along with AML reviews.
- Respond quickly and efficiently to inquiries from business teams, customers and internal customers, business teams, and internal.
- Know the specific requirements of clients and provide advice regarding practical and operational solutions.
- Review current processes and escalate problems to legal, compliance and management if necessary.
- Maintain strong internal controls and ensure that you are performing regular quality checks in every day onboarding activities.
- Be sure to adhere to all the regulations and coordinate the implementation of changes to processes within relevant teams.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree obtained from a recognised school (mandatory).
- A solid background in customer relationship management, with outstanding writing and oral communication skills.
- Expertise in building and maintaining professional relationships with global customers and top stakeholders.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a keen eye for particulars.
- Experience with analysing data and creating operational metrics with self-service tools is preferred.
- A familiarity with tools like Alteryx, Tableau, SQL or RPA robotics is an advantage.
- The ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is crucial.
- Comfortable working with a variety of web-based software and systems.
- Prior experience with operational reconciliation, onboarding, or the implementation of regulatory processes is an advantage.
