DDeloitte NLA 2025 : Deloitte’s Next Level Assessment (NLA) evaluates top talent for various positions by assessing analytical thinking, technical proficiency, and communication skills. It includes an online aptitude test, group discussions or case studies, technical interviews, and a final HR interview. The aim is to identify candidates with strong quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, verbal abilities, and relevant technical knowledge, focusing on problem-solving skills, teamwork, critical thinking, and adaptability that meet Deloitte’s standards.

Deloitte NLA 2025 Eligibility Criteria:
  • 2025 graduates of B.E./B.Tech – Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science and/or other ancillary Circuital Branches; or
  • 2025 post-graduates of M.E./M.Tech – Cyber Security/Computer Science/Information Technology/Software Development; or
  • 2025 post-graduates of MCA
  • Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 60% equivalent with no standing backlog/arrears.
  • Individuals with existing offers from Deloitte or its affiliated entities are ineligible to apply.
  • Individuals who have applied to Deloitte within the past 6 months will not be considered in this hiring process.
  • Availability for a 6-month bootcamp starting in January 2025 is a prerequisite for consideration for this role*.

*This position comes with a probation of 12 months.
