Role Overview

The Associate Analyst job offers an in-depth experience with SAP BTP and related frameworks and frameworks, directly contributing to the creation of cloud-based, scalable enterprise applications. Beginning professionals are exposed to frontend, backend and microservices design concepts, which will help them prepare for the future SAP and cloud-based consulting positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the creation and deployment, and testing of the full-stack SAP BTP applications, making use of CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model), SAP Fiori/UI5, and Spring Boot.
• Facilitate the development and implementation of enterprise-grade microservices and applications using SAP BTP Cloud Foundry and Kyma runtimes.
• Work with teams of cross-functionality (Product Managers, Engineers, Analysts, Product Managers) to collect requirements and develop solid cloud-based solutions.
• Create, modify and expand SAP UI5 and Fiori Elements applications to enhance enterprise user experience.
• Integrate SAP as well as non-SAP systems with OData REST APIs and other messaging protocols.
• Participate in debugging, testing, deployment, and assistance for SAP cloud-based solutions.
• Document the technical specifications, architectural diagrams and other procedures to ensure transparency and consistency.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest developments regarding SAP BTP services, development tools, as well as cloud-based best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Graduates from Computer Science, Information Technology Engineering, or the equivalent.
• Experience of 0 to 1 years or an academically rigorous exposure to SAP BTP, CAP, or similar cloud technologies.
• Knowledge of the SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP) and SAP Fiori/UI5 frameworks.
• Experience with Java as well as Spring Boot for backend development.
• Expertise in the deployment of applications on SAP BTP, Cloud Foundry, as well as Kyma runtime.
• Experience with SAP Fiori Elements, OData services, as well as REST API integrations.
• A strong analytical skill, an ability to solve problems, and a willingness to be a student.
• The ability to rapidly adapt to emerging cloud technology and frameworks.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• SAP accreditations for BTP, UI5, CAP or other relevant areas are highly desirable.

Desired Skills

• Learn to use JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar OO programming languages.
• Experience hands-on using SAP Integration tools and messaging protocols, and cloud-based architecture.
• Contributions to personal, academic or open-source SAP-related projects.
• Rapid learning ability in dynamic team environments that are dynamic.
