Deloitte New Mass Hiring: Deloitte India invites applications for the post of Senior Executive/Executive within the Digital Excellence Centre (DEC) that specialises in Automation and Manual Testing. This is a fantastic opportunity for quality assurance specialists who are passionate about testing software and quality delivery to be a part of innovative projects and join international teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Know the application being tested thoroughly, and then plan the test, write and then execute test cases that incorporate a variety of testing scenarios.
• Conduct exploratory tests, offering an in-depth analysis of the results and reporting them.
• Determine test cases that can be adapted to be automated and design the automated scripts.
• Find, record, and track down defects throughout the entire lifecycle of bugs to ensure high-quality standards.
• Develop teams with you to reproduce problems, identify the most critical fixes and confirm the resolution of bugs.
• Participate in active Agile team gatherings and help to continuously improve efforts to improve testing processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• An understanding of the software testing concepts, including various methods, levels of testing and bug lifecycle.
• Knowledge or experience in test automation tools and methods.
• Ability to perform effectively to work effectively Agile environments.
• Thinking critically and using analytical abilities to analyze bugs, prioritise tests, and create short status updates.
• Great communication skills and collaborative abilities that allow you to collaborate seamlessly with the project team, clients and other stakeholders.
• Experience with programming is desirable that including experience in coding and basic SQL to extract test data, XML, web development capabilities, and web services.
• A bachelor’s degree is required. Engineering experience is preferred.

Work Location and Environment

• Location – Bengaluru.
• Hybrid working system with an approach that is customised to meet the needs of remote and on-site work.
• There are no travel restrictions.
