CARS24 Off Campus Hiring: CARS24, an innovator of the highest calibre in the field of automotive, offers talented and enthusiastic people to join its AI Team as Interns, working directly with the Founder’s Office. This is an exceptional opportunity for students who are driven to take on real-world issues and gain practical experience with the most cutting-edge AI technology, and contribute to innovative projects. The program allows students to collaborate with international AI innovators such as OpenAI and ElevenLabs, which will provide exposure to the latest innovations in AI.

About the Role

This AI Intern position at CARS24 is specifically designed for people who enjoy solving complicated issues and want to take ownership of their work. In contrast to typical internships, this job goes beyond the usual routine tasks and allows you to participate in significant projects across a range of fields. Interns will be able to explore Generative AI (GenAI), classic Machine Learning (ML), and Data Science, contributing to solutions that boost business growth and create new ideas. The position is located in Gurugram and requires an all-time commitment to work for a period of six months. The position is available with the ability to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement AI-driven solutions, with a focus on GenAI, classic ML, as well as Data Science.
• Work with teams of cross-functionality to solve real-world business issues.
• Develop, test, and optimise models with Python as well as SQL to ensure performance and scalability.
• In collaboration with the Founder’s Office to align projects with the business’s strategic objectives.
• Engage in experiments and research to push the limits of AI applications within the automobile industry.
• Contribute to the lifecycle of projects from beginning to end, from concept to implementation.

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for this exciting job, Candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Academic Background: Enrolled in a full-time B.Tech or M.Tech program, graduating by June 2026 or 2027. Students from non-Tier 1 institutions are encouraged to apply, as talent is valued over labels.
• Tech Skills: Expertise with Python, along with SQL, is required. Experience in GenAI frameworks, classic ML algorithms, as well as Data Science methodologies is essential.
• Accessibility: Instant opening for a 6-month, full-time job in Gurugram.
• Mindset: A mindset that is problem-solving and a desire to learn, and the capacity to own projects.
