Contact Support Group (CSG) is the primary protection for Capgemini’s Cloud & Infrastructure Services (CIS) division, and is responsible for IT infrastructure issues and service requests with the use of a Business Intelligence method. The position involves leveraging traditional channels (email or phone) along with digital tools (chat or self-service portals, AI robots) in order to offer proactive, predictive and user-centric IT support for the global client base. Candidates should be prepared to operate in a rotating shift, working with customers across different areas and different time zones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and assist with technical troubleshooting using voice-based telephone support as well as other channels, with the highest quality of first-contact resolution in all situations.
  • Effectively manage tickets by prioritising the urgency of issues, categorising them accurately, keeping track of the status (on-hold, closed, open, resolved) and keeping customers updated.
  • Make use of business intelligence tools as well as analysis of ticket data to improve the quality of customer service and results.
  • Chat with the chatbot powered by Capgemini’s AI CHIP to speed up query resolution and improve the customer experience.
  • Retrieve service emails efficiently to reduce the time it takes to communicate between the customer service and the desk.
  • Update and maintain the knowledge base to facilitate faster resolution of issues.
  • Enhance service marketing by boosting the engagement of customers using the Capgemini tools and services.
  • Support across various industries like Telecommunications, Financial Services, Healthcare and Technology.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to internet connectivity and session resets, password resets, or profile renaming.
  • Make sure you greet customers with respect and listen with compassion, and communicate the requirements to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent English and communication ability to effectively interact with customers.
  • A strong interpersonal skill set, along with the capacity to work well under pressure.
  • Basic computer skills are required to navigate IT tools and systems.
  • Ability to function in a shifting environment and be able to relocate to any location needed.
  • Flexibility to sign Services Level Agreements (SLAs) by Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • The completion of a three-year diploma or the graduation date in 2025 at an accredited institution.
  • An active DigiLocker Account and a Mobile number that is linked directly to Aadhaar for process of application process.
