Key Responsibilities

• Support project managers with staffing, finance, onboarding/offboarding, infrastructure, and logistics.
• Work with clients’ suppliers and executives in order to manage new opportunities and to maintain the cleanliness of your pipeline.
• Collaborate in conjunction with BU employees and staffing procedures to plan and meet requirements for accounts.
• Control the effective process of boarding and deboarding resources, based on the guidelines of the organisation.
• Assist in the creation and assignment of new projects, and ensure an efficient use of resources.
• Check monthly and weekly time compliance and handle requests for resources in projects.
• Create a space and infrastructure plan in project groups.
• Manage, collect and streamline information about management and operations from different parties.
• Create and publish dashboards as well as reports for MIS, and ensure prompt updates to management teams.
• Collaboration with the external and internal stakeholders on a variety of operational tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage, multitask and stick to strict deadlines.
• Previous exposure to the management of stakeholders.
• Expertise in technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience hands-on with Fieldglass.
• Experientially working directly with customers.
• A bachelor’s degree is required in the relevant field.
