Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Digital Solutions: Design, create, configure and implement PLM and MES systems that facilitate continuous engineering processes that provide solid integration of design, manufacturing and supply chain information.
- Expertise in technology: Utilize a deep knowledge of the methods employed in engineering to improve and control manufacturing data to ensure its accuracy, access efficiency, accessibility, and accessibility.
- Customer Collaboration: Get involved with your customers to learn about their requirements and translate their needs into practical solutions using technology that is in line with business objectives.
- Solution-oriented: Find and resolve technical issues in simple scenarios by implementing new methods to improve the performance of your system and increase its reliability.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher with a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- Experience: An established track record of utilizing PLM MES and related industrial digital technologies, with a knowledge of digital continuity in production processes.
- Technical expertise: Expertise in the deployment and configuration of digital tools that manage the production information of an organisation and the flows of information.
- Analytical Mindset: ability to recognize issues, recognise issues and develop efficient solutions in the fast-paced tech-focused environments.
- Communication abilities: Excellent verbal and written skills that enable you to interact with clients in a way that explains technical concepts and work with team members on projects.
- Teamwork: The ability to work effectively in a group environment, and also sharing knowledge and assisting in the team’s success.
- Independent: Ability to complete tasks in a completely independent manner, with a focus on delivering superior results, with the least amount of supervision.
