Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain functions that are user-facing through the use of React.js, TypeScript and state management libraries, such as Redux and MobX..
• Create modular, reusable elements and libraries for the front end development that make it easier for further development.
• Translate designs to UX/UI or wireframes with clear, high-quality and easily maintained code that is simple to keep and clean.
• Use UI component implementation using FluentUI along with other Azure UI components to ensure an identical design and functionality.
• Collaborate closely with your backend developers to integrate Web APIs to guarantee a constant data stream and speed.
• Work in conjunction with your UX designers to ensure you’ve got a user-friendly, visually appealing User interface.
• Utilize Azure DevOps to manage your code and establish the pipelines needed for CD/CI, and make sure that the workflows for deployment are in place.
• Optimize your apps to increase effectiveness, accessibility and cross-browser support.
• Participate in the review process and make sure that you are adhering to the code’s guidelines along with the most effective practices.
• Stay current on the latest front-end technology and trends that will aid us in the development of new concepts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Three years of experience in front-end design with a focus on React.js and TypeScript.
• Expertise in HTML, CSS and JavaScript (ES6and higher) along with deep knowledge of current web development methods.
• Experience the experience hands-on with the FluentUI and related Azure components libraries to build an intuitive and uniform experience for users.
• Experience with Redux, along with MobX, to control state in more complex applications.
• A working knowledge of web APIs and their integration with backend service providers to ensure efficient handling of data.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and pipelines for CI/CD to speed up the process of creation as well as deployment.
• Know-how the HTML0 style, Web responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, together with web performance optimization techniques.
• The capability of converting your Figma, Sketch, or other design software into usable code.
• An ability to solve problems and a keen sense of specifics in the development of solutions that are flexible and adaptable.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to effectively collaborate in teams of any kind.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Generative AI or other innovative technologies to develop front-end applications.
• Affiliation with GraphQL guarantees the efficient management of data and queries.
• Experience through Unit-testing tools like Jest, React Testing Library and other similar tools.
• Experience using agile techniques and tools like Jira in order to oversee projects.
• Knowledge of the guidelines for web accessibility (WCAG) to ensure that the web accessibility guidelines (WCAG) are accessible for user experiences to all users.
