It is the trainee associate position at BT is a great entry-level job for fresh BBA/ B.Com or BCA graduates who are looking to gain work experience in a highly competitive business setting.

The job combines back-office operations and chat support, as well as the processing of data to provide a solid base to grow within international business processes, as well as process management and customer engagement.

As part of the global workforce at BT, the selected candidates will be trained to provide top-quality support services and will be taught the latest digital collaboration techniques from BT.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve business service issues through the back office support tool and chat.
• Analyse and process customer information with an emphasis on timeliness and accuracy.
• Assist internal stakeholders in operations-related tasks that relate to business operations.
• Control the ticketing system, Data validation, ticketing systems, and document workflow processes.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams within the global operations of BT.
• Be confidential and adhere to the BT’s security procedures for processing.
• Continue to learn by internal training and improvement in performance.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education Qualification:
  • A bachelor’s level degree is awarded with a degree in BBA, B.Com, or BCA.
  • Batches that graduate in 2024 or 2025..
• Skills Required:
  • Strong English communications (written as well as verbal).
  • Typing speed > 30 WPM (preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A keenness to analyse and master the corporate process.
  • Ability to adapt to a rotating and 24/7 shift environment.
• Additional Requirements:
  • It is necessary to have an active PAN card.
  • It is required to be a new graduate without any prior full-time job experience.
