AutoRABIT New Hiring: AutoRABIT is seeking Performance Testing Engineers (Freshers) to join its expanding QA as well as DevOps Team in Hyderabad. This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates educated in JMeter, performance testing and other testing tools who wish to work in large-scale high-performance systems.

As an Engineer or Trainee in Performance Testing, you’ll be working on analysing bottlenecks in applications, conducting stress and load tests, as well as contributing to the security of enterprise-grade cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development and conducting testing scenarios for the performance of cloud and web applications.
• Develop and maintain test programs by using Apache JMeter (or similar tools such as LoadRunner, K6).
• Conduct Load and Stress tests, as well as Volume and Soak testing for distributed systems.
• Work with the teams from development, QA, and DevOps teams to determine performance bottlenecks and scalability.
• Examine test results using Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools like Elastic APM, Grafana and Datadog.
• Automation support and CI/CD setup to incorporate testing for performance.
• Participate in the testing of functional features, write test cases, and ensure the software’s reliability.
• Study and implement techniques for monitoring and profiling to assess the performance of your website and API response time.
• Write performance summary reports with recommendations for improvement.

Desired Skills and Knowledge

Performance Testing Tools:

• Practical experience/training for JMeter scripting and execution.
• Experience with LoadRunner K6, LoadRunner or Neoload (added benefit).

Infrastructure & Cloud:

• A basic understanding of the AWS service, Docker, Kubernetes, as well as Apache Tomcat environments.

Databases:

• Knowledge regarding PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB queries and analysis.

Programming & Scripting:

• Basic knowledge of Java, Python, or Shell scripting to automate.

APM & Monitoring:

• The awareness for The Elastic APM, Grafana, New Relic and Datadog to display performance.

Additional Tools:

• A working knowledge of JIRA Confluence, JIRA, Bitbucket, or GitLab workflows.
• A basic introduction to Automation Testing through Selenium, Rest Assured, as well as Testing API tools.

Bonus:

• Knowledge of Salesforce’s community, GRPC protocols or CI/CD test automation pipelines.

Education

• Master’s degrees with a major in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E. ), Computer Science, or a related area.
• Candidates who have certificates or hands-on experience on performance testing and SQA are highly regarded.
