Role Overview

- Shift: The Rotational Shift (24×7 environment)

The Quality Associate job involves rapid learning, multitasking, and collaborating with teams to address operational problems. The candidates manage audits, research issues, and participate in the improvement of processes in a frantic logistics-related work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow SOPs (SOPs) to conduct manual audits as well as outlier resolution with the internal systems and tools.
- Explore videos, images, and other sources of information to suggest actions in accordance with the SOPs.
- Analyse and record customer calls and emails in order to fix operational problems.
- Find patterns that are consistent across audits and suggest changes to the existing process.
- Respond quickly to stakeholder requests while also meeting SLA requirements.
- Simplify the process of escalating issues to appropriate teams in accordance with established guidelines.
- Keep exact records in trackers and workflow tools.
- Set and measure the performance metrics, including SLA Quality, productivity, SLA and utilisation goals.
- Help support multiple programs based on business requirements and gain knowledge about global business operations.
- Effectively collaborate in a team environment while adjusting to shifts in the business environment and rotational needs.
Notification: This is a Work from Office role located in Bangalore or Hyderabad with shift rotations, and weekly offs with rotational schedules (5-day work week).
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with strong English writing and verbal communication skills.
- Professionally interact with team members and managers on all levels.
Preferred Qualifications
- Practical experience using Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables as well as VLOOKUP functions.
- Acquaintance with SQL.
- Experience in quality, operations, or analytical roles.
Additional Requirements
- Willingness to work shifts in rotation and night shifts, and to adjust weekly offs according to business requirements.
- The ability to relocate to a designated job location.
- Able to handle interactions with customers by email or phone in the event of a need.
- The ability to use MS Excel (pivot tables and VLOOKUP) is beneficial.
- Valid PAN Card (mandatory).
- Electronic Aadhaar Card (mandatory to be present at the time of signing up).
