Key Responsibilities

In this critical QA post, candidates will be responsible for the entire testing process without supervision. You can expect to:

• Check Mid-Sized Parts: Perform extensive testing on components and features, acting as the main point of contact.
• Examine Test Cases and Instructions: Review new cases and directions to improve test coverage and streamlining the process.
• Audit Bugs logged by Peers: Check out bugs reported in other Device Associates to confirm adherence to the rules.
• Raise and Resolve Issues: Find bugs that are not in normal Operating Procedures (SOPs) as well as provide support information, monitor the situation and collaborate on resolutions.
• Create Status Reports: Create detailed reports that require minimal supervision from the senior Device Associates or managers.
• Improve Processes and Metrics: Contribute to advances in communication, testing and other key metrics such as quality and throughput, supported by data-driven suggestions.
• Create SOPs: Standard operating procedures using existing procedures with no involvement from managers or peers.
• Offer Floor Support: assist Device Associates with queries, blocking issues when needed.
• Create Training Modules: Create and present workshops about testing guidelines, policies, along best practices.
• Train new hires: Mentor new Device Partners with peers to speed the team’s ramp-up.

Basic Qualifications

• A bachelor’s level degree is required with a major in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject.
• Expertise in QA methods and tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a technological discipline.
• Experience with tools for data analysis, such as Excel, as well as SQL.
