Responsibilities For ENTNT Hiring:

Entry-Level Software Engineer (with initial internship for students graduating 2025)

Start Your Career with ENTNT Hiring: A Unique Internship Opportunity

We offer a remote internship with a stipend of $300 per month for six months. This is a full-time commitment, so students must be free from university classes during this period. We only consider applicants from universities that offer this flexibility, and we will support successful candidates in securing an exemption from classes for their final semester. Our goal is to hire all our interns full-time upon successful completion of the internship, with a starting salary of $670 per month after tax.

Compensation For ENTNT Hiring:

  • Internship Stipend: $300 per month for six months.
  • Full-Time Starting Salary: $670 per month after tax.

  •   Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related IT technical discipline 
  •   Proficiency in at least one object oriented programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C++, JavaScript) and a willingness to learn new languages as needed
  •   Ability to demonstrate an understanding of computer science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms 
  •   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively 
  •   Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment 
  •   Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work 

Preferred Qualifications For ENTNT Hiring:

  •   Knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js) 
  •   Familiarity with development tools (IDEs, debugging tools) and familiarity with relevant frameworks and libraries

This is a full-time commitment, so graduates must be free from any ongoing professional or academic obligations during this period. We only consider applicants who have the flexibility to dedicate themselves fully to the internship, and we will assist successful candidates in obtaining an exemption from any remaining commitments if needed. Our goal is to hire all interns full-time upon successful completion of the internship, with a starting salary of $550 per month after tax.

Recruitment Process For ENTNT Hiring:

  •  Application and CV: Candidates are invited to submit their applications along with their CVs. 
  •  Online assessment: Selected candidates shall receive an email with a link and instructions to an online assessment consisting of multiple-choice questions and/or coding tasks, designed to gain an initial high-level overview of general and/or specific programming skills, commensurate to the advertised position, to be completed within 5 days of receipt.  
  •  Online interview: Shortlisted candidates shall have an interview with the programming team, which may include a discussion on the online assessment, questions on technical skills and an opportunity for candidates to showcase their interests and experiences.  

In certain circumstances, an additional technical assessment (such as a take-home coding project) may be requested. 

We will review all applications and respond to every applicant – however, due to the high volume of applications received, personalised feedback may not be possible.

The final salary, to be within the advertised salary range, will be determined throughout the interview process depending on experience and skills.
