Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular KYC review and onboarding activities in complete accordance with established client policies.
- Conduct high-quality corporate renewal reviews with a strong concentration on due diligence requirements.
- Examine corporate structures, including privately-owned businesses as well as trusts, public companies and partnerships.
- Check the documentation requirements and proof for complex corporate entities.
- Control your individual caseload from start to finish, while making sure that the case is completed on time. finalization.
- Take proactive action to handle inquiries, referrals and follow-ups.
- Find cases that need to be escalated to Team Leaders.
- Information from various systems is recorded accurately on the main platform.
- Review your personal performance against goals and adapt strategies to meet the business objectives.

Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in a field.
- Expertise in KYC procedures as well as corporate requirements for due diligence.
- A thorough understanding of the various corporate structures and document requirements.
- Ability to work in a team while managing personal pipelines efficiently.
- Great attention to detail and dedication to high-quality standards.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks with ease.
- Previous experience in KYC or compliance, or corporate onboarding.
