Key Responsibilities
- Examine the client’s requirements to translate these into efficient technical designs.
- Create software solutions that are based on evaluating system flows, information requirements, as well as data usage and working processes.
- Conduct thorough investigations of problematic areas throughout the entire lifecycle of development for software.
- Conduct a root cause analysis to identify system problems and establish specific problem definitions.
- Look for opportunities to improve the system’s performance and increase availability.
- Work with functional teams and systems analysts to collect detailed requirements for software.
- Collaborate with project managers in coordinating on the capabilities of software and deliverables.
- Write efficient, clean code and ensure that you are ensuring the best design of the software module.
- Assess operational feasibility by conducting a thorough analysis, assessment of requirements, and solutions.
- Create and automate test scenarios, such as scenarios, test cases, and usage flows,s to provide comprehensive software validation.
- Modify the software you have in place to fix problems, adjust to new hardware, increase performance or upgrade interfaces.
- Plan and recommend the installation of new systems or changes to current systems.
- Provide bug-free software with no test failures thanks to strict validation.
- Create accurate reports on the specifications of your project, the activities you are involved in, and the progress of the project
- Maintain a comprehensive documentation, including flowcharts, layout, diagrams, charts, as well as well-documented code.
- Meet daily with team members about the status of the project and ensure an accurate track record.
- Record all client requests and clarify requirements to ensure quality delivery.
- Get regular feedback to ensure a smooth and prompt project conclusion
- Keep in contact with your contacts professionally through email, phone calls and notifications
- Respond quickly to requests from clients while adhering to a strict code of business conduct
- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry best practices and new programming languages.
- Document the technical solutions and details of implementation clearly to make it easier for clients to understand
