Role Overview
This job allows fresh graduates to gain skills in formal verification, while also contributing to complicated semiconductor projects. Engineers who work in this capacity employ sophisticated techniques to ensure that designs are correct across IP blocks as well as full SoCs.
Key Responsibilities
- Modern formal verification methods and tools
- Utilise industry-leading formal methods to validate complex design concepts, IP blocks, as well as System-on-Chip (SoC) architectures.
- Completely verify the design by preparing comprehensive test plans for the designs you have been assigned.
- Implement verification plans in tight collaboration with design teams.
- Work with verification members from across the functional spectrum to ensure that the sign-off is completed and closed
Requirements
- B.Tech or M.Tech degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or similar disciplines
- A strong analytical ability to solve complex technical issues
- An understanding of abstraction techniques to increase the effectiveness of verification
- Experience in Hardware Description Languages such as Verilog or SystemVerilog
- Fast mastery of reading and understanding RTL code
- Experience with temporal logic as well as assertion-based verification methods
