IndiGo Off Campus Drive: IndiGo solicits applications for Airport Operations roles across Pan India via its online Drive 2.0. Available Positions
1. Terminal Service Executive: Responsibilities include assistance to passengers during the check-in process, boarding and baggage handling. The job involves addressing customer questions, handling special requests, resolving problems efficiently, and maintaining efficient operations while ensuring the highest standards of safety and compliance with regulations.
2. Security Executive: This job involves screening luggage, passengers and cargo using the latest technology. Its responsibilities include surveillance of designated areas and identifying any potential threats, resolving security threats, and adhering to strict security procedures for aviation to ensure the security of staff and passengers.
3. Ramp Executive: job is primarily focused on coordinating ground handling operations, assisting with efficient turnarounds of aircraft, and facilitating communications between pilots, teams and other personnel and ensuring high safety and quality standards in a fast-paced, high-speed environment.
Eligibility Criteria
- Students who have graduated from any of the recognised universities accredited by the UGC.
- All are welcome, both experienced and fresh professionals
- Strong communication skills that are strong and a strong emphasis on customer service
- Respecting the right grooming standards, with no visible tattoos
- Willingness to be able to work in shifts that rotate
- Candidates must satisfy all requirements of the aviation regulatory system.
Mandatory Documents:
- Original 10th and 12th Class Pass Certificates
- Graduation Marksheets
- Updated Aadhaar Card and PAN Card
- A passport that was issued post 2021 (or Police Verification Certificate)
- Documents related to experience (if appropriate)
Recruitment Process
- Online registration and screening: Fill out the registration form accurately with the correct information. Screening takes place based on your details.
- Web-based Assessment: (Live for selected areas) includes 10 Math questions, 2 assessments for speech (minimum of 45 seconds for each) and two written questions. Total duration: 25 minutes.
- Face-to-face interview: The shortlisted candidates will attend an in-person interview with the IndiGo team.
Shortlisted candidates receive notification by email as well as WhatsApp about assessment and interview times based on the base location specifications.
