The role of Graduate Engineer Trainee gives hands-on exposure to live projects, technical education, and professional growth. Engineering graduates are able to gain work experience and develop fundamental technical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the design development, testing and maintenance of engineering projects.
• Collaborate with engineers who are experienced on the project deliverables
• Participate in structured training programmes and technical training workshops.
• Help with project execution, documentation and reporting
• Find technical issues and apply efficient solutions
• Use established engineering standards and best practices.
• Create project reports and keep precise documents
• Quickly adapt to the latest tools and technologies, as needed

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Degree in Bachelor’s of Engineering (B.Tech or B.E.) in any field
• Candidates or freshers with a minimum of 0 – 1 year of experience
• An understanding of the basic engineering concepts
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork capabilities
• Proficient analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• A desire to learn and grow in fast-paced environments

Preferred Skills (Advantage)

• Experience with the programming language (Java, Python, C++, etc.)
• Expertise in relevant software and tools for technical use.

• A basic understanding of the current trends in industry and best practices
