Responsibilities
IT & Integrated Smart Operations
(BCA/BSc-CS/IT/Math/Physics/Chemistry/Stats/Electronics – Min 60% throughout, no arrears):
- Execute SQL queries, CRUD operations,s as well as stored procedures.
- Create tables and then retrieve information using SQL.
- Create test cases and conduct tests using manual or automated methods.
- Find solutions to service problems with the help of root cause analysis as well as SOPs.
- Make use of IT Service Management and Data Analytics tools.
- Encourage the process of innovation in projects.
Multicloud
(Any 3-Year UG like BCA/BSc/BA/BBA/BCom – Min 50%, no arrears):
- Administer servers, monitor production environments, and manage incidents.
- Support for Windows Network Storage, Database Collaboration, Messaging, and Cloud configurations.
- Be sure to follow the SOPs/runbooks and ensure compliance.
- Attain productivity targets, aid in CSI plans.
- Exchange knowledge, help with new hires.
Digital Workplace Services
(Any 3-Year UG like BCA/BSc/BA/BBA/BCom – Min 50%, no arrears):
- Provide technical support L1 to assist with hardware and software problems.
- Log/track tickets, escalate complex problems.
- Update the knowledge base to support self-service.
- Ensure that clients have consistent and seamless communication between all teams across the globe.
Must-Have Skills:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Excellent verbal/written communication.
- Teamwork, time management, and flexibility with shifts and offices.
Full Eligibility Check:
- A consistent 60%/50 percentage in academics (no rounding off, e.g., 59.9 percent ineligible).
- No arrears in the past; re-evaluation results taken into consideration.
- Indian citizens/OCIs from India only.
- CGPA transformed according to university norms.
