Role Overview
You can join the Client Services team supporting Cvent’s Event Management software. Associate Product Consultant, new recruiting seeks professionals with a high level of energy to fill events management software positions in the batch 2025/2026. Provide support to clients via email and telephone, manage events and setups, and communicate best practices to increase attendance at meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and respond to questions about products for customers.
- Offer tips for maximising attendance by using Cvent’s tools for marketing.
- Collect requirements for product enhancements.
- Create and maintain documentation for the product.
- Manage and set up online client events.
- Include client requirements in the software, look over the configurations and suggestions for improvement.
- Record all interactions with Cvent’s CRM system.
Essential Qualifications
Target freshers from 2025 or 2026 batches with:
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- A sharp analytical and logical ability.
- Business acumen, ethics, and ethics.
- Expertise in online tools for software.
- Organised, articulate, and focused on detail, with multitasking capabilities.
