Eligibility Criteria

• Education: First class in B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc Engineering at AICTE-approved universities that are:
  • Electronics/ECE/ETC/Telecommunication/Communication
  • Mechanical
  • Computer Science/Computer Science & Engg/Computer Science Engg
  • Electrical/Electrical & Electronics
• Equivalent degrees: First class in AMIE/GIETE and AMIETE (in the categories above) could also be relevant.
• SC/ST/PwBD: Pass class accepted.
• Dual specialisation/degrees not allowed.
• Age Limits: Limit of 25 years (as of 1.10.2025) until Gen/EWS (relaxation for OBC, SC/ST, PwBD in accordance with the rules).

Reservation

As per Govt. Guidelines:

• UR: 139 | EWS: 34 | OBC (NCL): 91 | SC: 51 | ST: 25
• Reservations are available to people who have Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) as in accordance with these rules.

Application Fee

• General/OBC (NCL)/EWS: Rs. 1180 (Rs. 1000 + GST) (non-refundable)
• SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen: Exempted

Selection Process

• Step 1: Computer-based assessment (CBT) The weightage is 85 points.
  • Minimum qualification for GEN/OBC/EWS is 35 and 30 percent for SC/ST/PwBD.
• Step 2: Exam – 15 marks weightage
  • Only persons who have completed CBT are invited to take an Interview (same markings as CBT)
• Step 3: Document Verification

Posting/Transfer Policy

• Candidates chosen could be assigned to any region in India within BEL’s units according to the decision of BEL’s Management.
• There aren’t any requests for modifications to the amount of postage permitted.

Important Dates

Salary & Benefits

• Basic: Rs. 40,000 – 1,40,000/month (E-II Grade)
• CTC total: Rs. 13 LPA (incl. DA, HRA, PRP Medical reimbursement)
• Other advantages based on BEL rules and strategies.
