As a Customer Service Executive, you will represent Wipro on the frontline of customer service in resolving customer issues, managing questions and providing an easy experience for customers via the internet via voice.

Key Responsibilities

• Help with calls coming in, and also help clients with their questions and issues.
• Provide real-time solutions and guarantee an initial call resolution.
• Keep precise details of your customer’s contact and the actions taken to follow up.
• Assist in resolving problems that remain unsolved by transferring them to appropriate teams in accordance with the procedure’s requirements.
• Learn how to adapt and understand the tools that CRM can use at work. Standard procedures and scripts.
• Keep an eye out for KPIs that are targeted, including the time it takes to respond to calls, call-to-action time and quality compliance.
• Professional, kind and attentive throughout each interaction.

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification:
  • Graduation/HSC in any discipline.
  • B.Tech, M.Tech, BCA, MCA, and B.Sc IT graduates can also work.
• Skills: 1-year (Freshers may apply).
• Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication abilities.
  • Basic computer proficiency as well as speed at typing.
  • Joiners who are instant in their commitments.
  • Candidates must be able to provide an up-to-date resume together with the Original AADHAAR Card.
  • Students who are Full-Time students cannot be considered. Not qualified.
