Internship Overview

• Department: Research & Development (R&D)
• Location: 4th Floor, IT Tower 3, InfoCity, Gandhinagar, Gujarat 382007
• Duration: Minimum 4-6 months (Full-time Internship)
• Stipend: Rs20,000/month
• Mode: In-Office

Are you interested in coding and open source technologies? This job allows you to create real-world software as well as collaborate with experienced engineers and witness your work in real-time worldwide environments.

You’ll learn the cloud-based development process, design of applications and full-stack programming using Python, JavaScript, as well as PostgreSQL, all in an open-source framework utilised by businesses around the world.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and enhance applications using Odoo. Develop and improve applications within the Odoo framework.
• Working on backend logic as well as user interface, or improvements to the framework architecture.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while following the best guidelines.
• Collaboration with senior developers to create and develop new features.
• Make sure you are in charge of your development modules and ensure the documentation.
• Contribute to open source modules and the community repository.

Minimum Qualifications

• Pursuing or just accomplished B.E./B.Tech Computer Science or IT, MCA or M.Sc. (IT).
• Expertise in the Object-Oriented programming (OOP) concepts.
• Experience with a variety of language of programming languages (Python is preferred).
• Good verbal and written English communication abilities.
• Possibility of a full-time, permanent internship (5 days per week) for a minimum of 4 months.
• A passion for software development and an eagerness to master new techniques.

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of basic Unix/Linux environments.
• Experience using Python, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Acquaintance with GitHub Version control, as well as contributions to open source.
• Knowledge of the PostgreSQL database or any other relational database.
• Prior exposure to the open source or other community-driven projects.
