Key Responsibilities
In the position of Associate Systems Engineer, the job requires active involvement in various phases of software development, from creating new solutions to supporting and testing robust applications. The responsibilities are:
- Analysis of Solution Solving: Analysing and validating issues with the system, and suggesting enhancements with the help of the technical lead and the architects to ensure that functions are seamless.
- Final Process Participants: Participate in the development process, including designing, programming, testing, and troubleshooting, to provide top-quality outputs as well as exceptional customer experience.
- Involvement of the Stakeholders: Engage in productive discussions with stakeholders. Discover opportunities to develop new coding solutions that conform to the requirements of business.

Required Qualifications and Skills
To be eligible to become a System Engineer Associate, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Education Background: A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Cloud Computing, Big Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, Blockchain, IoT, as well as Robotics.
- Academic Performance: minimum (CGPA) within the region of 6.0 (60%) and no backlogs in active status at the time of the application.
- Graduation year: Candidates must have completed their degree in 2025.
- Technical knowledge: Experience in programming languages like Java, C++, Python, or Node.js and a comprehensive understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts.
- Communication Skills: Fluent written and spoken communication skills that allow you to communicate with teams and individuals effectively.
